August 27, 2026 Deadline to Submit an Objection: You may object to the Settlement, the Plan of Allocation, and/or Lead Counsel’s motion for attorneys’ fees and Litigation Expenses. If you wish to submit an objection, instructions for doing so are contained in the Notice.  Objections must be submitted to the Court, filed or postmarked no later than August 27, 2026.
August 27, 2026 Deadline to Request Exclusion from the Settlement Class: You may request to be excluded from the Settlement Class. If you wish to request exclusion from the Settlement Class, instructions for doing so are contained in the Notice. Requests for exclusion must be mailed to the Claims Administrator, so they are received no later than August 27, 2026.
September 24, 2026 The Settlement Hearing will be held on September 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, before the Honorable P. Casey Pitts, United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of California, either in person in Courtroom 8, 4th Floor of the Robert F. Peckham Federal Building & United States Courthouse, 280 South First Street, San Jose, CA 95113, or by telephone or videoconference (in the discretion of the Court).
October 7, 2026 Deadline for Submitting a Claim: In order to be potentially eligible to receive a payment from the Settlement, you must submit a Claim so that it is postmarked (if mailed) or submitted online via this website no later than October 7, 2026.
